📢 Are you a Cold Outreach Specialist and also speak German & English❓We are looking for you to work with our partner headquartered in Germany․ As this is a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from your own location.
🔗 You can expect to take following responsibilities
✔ Cold Calling – Reach out to potential clients via phone, introduce our services, and generate interest.
✔ Appointment Setting – Schedule sales meetings with qualified leads for our sales team.
✔ Cold Email Campaigns – Develop and execute strategic email outreach campaigns to attract potential customers.
✔ Lead Research – Identify and build a high-quality list of potential clients and key decision-makers.
✔ CRM Management – Track all interactions in our CRM system to ensure an efficient follow-up process.
🔗 We think you need following to excel in this role
✔ Experience in cold outreach or sales, ideally in a marketing agency or related field.
✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade people over the phone or via email.
✔ Self-motivated & proactive approach – You are excited to help shape the growth of Digital Essence.
✔ Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) is a plus.
