At Collab Fabrik, we're looking for a proactive and resourceful HR/Recruiter who’s ready to wear multiple hats. If you're an all-rounder who wants to grow - this one's for you.

🔗 You can expect to take following responsibilities

Actively monitor and research open positions at German and international companies to identify potential collaboration opportunities.

Source and screen top-tier tech and non-tech talent based on client needs.

Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates' fit for different client roles.

Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.

Build and maintain a talent database for quick match-making.

​​Collaborate closely with our team to understand open roles and hiring priorities.

Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing to onboarding handover.

🔗 We think you need following to excel in this role

Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and sourcing strategies.

Experience hiring for international companies or clients.

Initiative to track job openings across companies and spot new partnership opportunities.

Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.

Confident communicator - both in writing and on calls.

Fluent in Armenian and English (German is a plus).

Self-driven, reliable, and proactive.
