📌 We are hiring a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist❗Remote❗
You will be part of the customer support team at an innovative e-commerce platform specializing in second hand designer furniture.
📌 Responsibilities
✔ Handle 1st-Level customer support tickets using Zendesk
✔ Follow pre-existing templates and manuals for common customer queries
✔ Collaborate with internal teams when needed for more complex cases
✔ Participate in regular team check-ins and adhere to flexible working hours within 09:00-18:00 German time zone (2 fixed meetings per week)
📌 Requirements
✔ Strong written communication skills in German for handling email-based support
✔ Experience in customer support ideally in ecommerce field
✔ Ability to manage time effectively, working within a flexible schedule
✔ No weekend work required
✔ Minimum of 50 hours/month commitment, with the potential for additional paid hours if needed
