The Caucasus is located at the interface between Europe and Asia and offers direct flights from most European capitals. The time difference to Europe is only 2 hours. The Caucasus is famous for “ease of doing business”. The young generation is multilingual. Many multinational companies are already present here (Google, Microsoft, IBM). Most of the important European foundations and language schools are also very active here (DAAD, ZfA, HBS). As the region is still experiencing constant development, prices in the economy are still quite low compared to the quality of services.

  • What languages do the candidates speak?

The young generation is multilingual (Armenian, English, Russian). French and German are the next most common languages. As Armenia is still experiencing constant development, prices in the economy are still quite low compared to the quality of services.

Your team can work either in the home office or in our central office in capital Yerevan, Armenia.

  • How can I qualify the candidates?

We conduct ourselves the first screening interviews. For most of the roles we have an established assessment to qualify the necessary skills. We create an assessment centre together with you if needed to test the candidate’s specific skill sets. In this way, we provide you with the top candidates for the final interview.

Employee(s) can work with their own hardware. If this does not meet your requirements, you can either rent hardware from us (price list) or send your own hardware to our office in Yerevan.

  • Can a part-time team member switch full-time later?

Some of our clients started with a part-time contract with the employee and then switched to a full-time contract. This enabled both parties to be more confident to cooperate in the long term. But we have to note that the employee is not always necessarily available full-time later. We carefully choose the right candidates also with this regard while sourcing.

  • How many days of holiday do our colleagues in Armenia have?

The law prescribes a minimum of 20 paid vacation days per year, you can of course grant more. In addition, there are 15 public holidays in Armenia. In some cases, the employee may agree to work on the holidays as well.
