As the former CEO of a fast-growing startup in Berlin, the Collab Fabrik founder faced the challenge of talent shortage herself in 2018.
Qualified employees needed to come on board quickly without surpassing the budget.
Meanwhile, hiring the right talents without an established image, plus long process times and high costs, was the harsh reality. This also did not fit the necessary flexibility of a startup.
Traditional outsourcing and freelancing lacked the corporate culture and the need to grow knowledge internally.
This painful experience inspired the founder to create Collab Fabrik, a custom-fit solution for startups.
The company was created out of the desire to free startups from the hassle of traditional hiring processes, long time-to-hire and lack of talent.
The goal was to ensure no startup was left behind in its journey to success because of a lack of talent. Meanwhile, we wanted to make sure no talent was left undiscovered. And as we move forward, this is still our mission.
