📌 Responsibilities
✔ Plan and implement HubSpot solutions
✔ Develop onboarding and support strategies for HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs for B2B clients
✔ Create detailed HubSpot implementation and support plans based on client needs
✔ Manage up to five HubSpot projects and assist clients with digital marketing and sales strategies
✔ Support the sales team with HubSpot integration for sales automation and pipeline management
📌 Requirements
✔ Extensive experience in implementing and optimizing HubSpot, with HubSpot Academy certifications preferred
✔ Knowledge in marketing automation, lead generation, and nurturing strategies
✔ Strong understanding of target audiences, needs, and sales processes
✔ Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
✔ Proven success in both tactical and strategic content management
✔ Experience in setting up structures and processes to support teams and some project management experience
✔ Proven results in multi-stakeholder organizations
✔ Proficient in business English, ideally with German skills preferred
