🔗 You can expect to take following responsibilities
✔ Requirements Gathering, Documentation & Design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
- Create user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
- Develop detailed developer designs that support the product vision and technical requirements
✔ Test Planning & Execution
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution with development teams
✔ Technology & Systems Analysis
- Assess IT systems, applications, and interfaces to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, architects, and QA teams to implement IT solutions
✔ Process Improvement & Solution Design
- Analyze and optimize business processes with IT solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Recommend IT solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices
✔ Data Analysis & Reporting
- Work with databases (SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc.) to extract insights and drive business decisions
- Utilize IT interface engines (Mirth, MuleSoft, etc.) to enhance data exchanges between IT applications
- Develop dashboards and reports to track project progress and performance
✔ Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business executives, IT teams, and external vendors
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, requirements-gathering sessions, and design discussions
- Ensure that business and technical requirements are fully captured and implemented
✔ Agile, Project Management, & Project Support
- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to refine backlogs and prioritize features
- Support UAT and ensure system builds meet business and technology requirements
✔ Customer Project Management & Support
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop project plans with clear timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success
🔗 We think you need following to excel in this role
✔ Experience with IT systems, databases, and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
✔ Proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Smartsheet, MS App Dev, etc.)
✔ Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
✔ Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues and adapt to evolving requirements
✔ Strong business and technical communication skills
✔ Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
✔ Team player mindset fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
