πŸ”— You can expect to take following responsibilities

βœ” Cold Calling – Reach out to potential clients via phone, introduce our services, and generate interest.

βœ” Appointment Setting – Schedule sales meetings with qualified leads for our sales team.

βœ” Cold Email Campaigns – Develop and execute strategic email outreach campaigns to attract potential customers.

βœ” Lead Research – Identify and build a high-quality list of potential clients and key decision-makers.

βœ” CRM Management – Track all interactions in our CRM system to ensure an efficient follow-up process.

πŸ”— We think you need following to excel in this role

βœ” Experience in cold outreach or sales, ideally in a marketing agency or related field.

βœ” Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade people over the phone or via email.

βœ” Self-motivated & proactive approach – You are excited to help shape the growth of Digital Essence.

βœ” Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

βœ” Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) is a plus.
