π You can expect to take following responsibilities
β Actively monitor and research open positions at German and international companies to identify potential collaboration opportunities.
β Source and screen top-tier tech and non-tech talent based on client needs.
β Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates' fit for different client roles.
β Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
β Build and maintain a talent database for quick match-making.
β ββCollaborate closely with our team to understand open roles and hiring priorities.
β Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing to onboarding handover.
β
π We think you need following to excel in this role
β Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
β Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and sourcing strategies.
β Experience hiring for international companies or clients.
β Initiative to track job openings across companies and spot new partnership opportunities.
β Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
β Confident communicator - both in writing and on calls.
β Fluent in Armenian and English (German is a plus).
β Self-driven, reliable, and proactive.
